Refund Policy

Fees, payout timelines, and reserves are detailed in your Merchant Agreement and subject to RBI settlement cycle rules.

Payout timelines will be net of transaction fees, GST, chargebacks, and regulatory/compliance holds.

Chargeback handling:

• You must respond to chargeback notices with full supporting documents within timelines specified by networks/banks.

• Failure may result in permanent loss of disputed funds.

Chargebacks may incur additional fees as per your Merchant Agreement and applicable network rules.

No payouts will be initiated by our partner banks/payment aggregators on banking holidays; fund transfers will resume on the next working day.
